Our core specialty areas are education, health and housing projects, as well as modular and prefabricated structural engineering. Sensum consists of an agile team of highly motivated and experienced staff dedicated to providing a unique and personalised project management service to our clients. Our growing teams in South Australia and Victoria collaboratively bring a wealth of varied perspectives and construction knowledge from trade, commercial construction, property development, structural engineering, architecture, public sector and administration support backgrounds.

From the project outset, Sensum engages and consults with all project stakeholders. Regular operations meetings ensure that goals are achieved and informed by consultation and collaborative decision making. We co-ordinate meetings with contractors and stakeholders to review project specific issues and risks, and factor these into the budget and program.
