Simon is a construction and infrastructure lawyer, who works with clients to procure and deliver a diverse range of building projects. He is currently a Partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, located in Sydney. 

Simon’s expertise spans multiple sectors including building, road, rail and utilities. He has experience using a range of contract models including PPP, D&C, construct only, managing contractor, ECI, O&M and FM agreements. 

Over the course of his career, Simon has provided special legal counsel for many high-profile organisations, including Roads & Maritime Services, Transport for New South Wales, Department of Education, NSW Police Force, Sydney Motorway Corporation (WestConnex), Department of Defence, Western Sydney Airport, Ausgrid, John Holland and Cbus Property.

In 2016 and 2017, he was recognised as a "Rising Star" in Australian construction and infrastructure law by Doyle’s Guide – a directory that lists the leading law practitioners in Australia based on comprehensive insights from clients, peers and industry bodies. In 2019, he was recommended by Doyle’s guide as one of the leading front-end construction, infrastructure and major project lawyers in New South Wales.
