With the unique Blink DMI® process, owners and developers deliver multi-storey buildings as a kit of configurable parts that are manufactured offsite and integrated very quickly and safely onsite by ecosystem partners.

Founded by Murray Ellen, a global expert in post-tensioned steel technology, PT Blink's proprietary Blink Backbone® technology uses post-tensioned steel columns, trays, and blade walls manufactured offsite and transported in flat-pack form. The Blink DMI® method aims to reduce project time by at least 40% and can almost double the internal rate of return for property developers. The Spring Hill case study delivered 32 apartments with 7 floors of backbone structure completed in just 11 days.
