Paneltech Systems is the only Australian manufacturer delivering Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) as fully prepared wall sections with precut spaces for windows, doors, and services. The company operates from a new production facility in Laverton North, Victoria. The design process begins with in-house architects who convert floor plans into detailed SIPs diagrams and 3D models. Using a state-of-the-art panel machine with hot glue lamination, panels are manufactured and precision-cut for all openings. SIPS are packed in installation order and can be delivered as panels or full sections for crane installation, enabling a single-storey 130sqm house to reach lock-up in days rather than weeks.
