Formerly known as Outback Building Group, Modify is a South Australian manufacturer of custom-made, pre-fabricated portable buildings. Based in Murray Bridge in the Murraylands, this family-owned business has spent over two decades delivering quality structures across Adelaide and nationwide.

Modify's range spans residential and commercial applications — from granny flats, portable homes, tiny homes and cabins, to workers' accommodation, modular classrooms, office solutions and ablution blocks. Every building is engineered around a welded steel frame and skid base, built using Australian steel and skilled local tradespeople, and backed by a 10-year structural guarantee.

What sets Modify apart is the degree of customisation on offer. Floor plans, cladding, rooflines and energy-efficient features (including insulation, double-glazed windows and off-grid appliances) can all be tailored to each client's site and brief. The team also assists with council approvals and development applications, removing the admin burden from start to finish.
