Our prefabricated wall, roof, and floor panels are manufactured in-house in the Snowy Mountains using sustainably sourced timber (LVL and I-joists), high-performance blown-in wood fibre insulation, and rigid wood fibre boards.
We design our assemblies to be vapour-open and airtight, significantly reducing condensation risk while ensuring excellent indoor air quality. All materials are carefully selected for durability, low embodied carbon, and occupant health. Our systems are designed to meet or exceed Passive House performance standards and are particularly well suited for off-grid and high-performance applications.
We operate under a strict procurement policy, sourcing materials exclusively from democratic countries committed to ethical and sustainable production.
Our manufacturing facility is fully off-grid and powered by renewable energy.
