Durable, high-performance spaces using a structural steel frame and chassis designed for a 30-year lifespan and frequent relocation. Buildings feature Colorbond steel cladding for harsh climates, R2 Earthwool® insulation for thermal and acoustic efficiency, and internal linings of impact-resistant plasterboard or polyester-coated plywood. Standard inclusions comprise high ceilings (up to 3.0m), LED lighting, and commercial-grade windows and doors.
