Buildonix is an innovative component-based building system developed in Coffs Harbour, NSW. The patented system uses customised structural and non-structural components that slot together without permanent fixing methods like screws or nails. Founded by Maurice Lake, a builder with 30 years' experience, Buildonix offers residential solutions including granny flats, living studios and bathroom additions, as well as commercial interior fitouts and external facades. All structures can be assembled, disassembled, altered, expanded and reassembled, subscribing to circular economy principles.
