Ecoliv is a leading sustainable modular home builder that has been designing and constructing award-winning prefab modular homes for Australian families for more than 16 years. All homes are built at The EcoHub, their sustainable living centre and off-grid construction facility located at The Gurdies on Victoria's Bass Coast. Ecoliv embraces Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) principles to construct homes efficiently, with an average timeline of just 20 weeks compared to 16 months for traditional construction. The company is B Corp Certified and Climate Active, partnering with Landcare to support environmental regeneration. All Ecoliv homes achieve a minimum 7-star energy efficiency rating using passive solar design and locally sourced, renewable, and sustainable materials. Homes can be designed up to BAL FZ bushfire rating.
