JMB Modular Buildings is a Shepparton-based volumetric modular manufacturer that has evolved from traditional building to become a leader in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). With over 15 years in the construction industry and builder registration across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Tasmania, JMB specialises in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and rapidly deployable accommodation solutions. Unlike most modular manufacturers, JMB is a registered builder capable of seeing projects through from concept to completion. The company operates a moving production line consisting of 8 work stations, applying lean manufacturing techniques. All projects are Designed for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) to brief, budget, and site constraints, independently certified by structural engineers. JMB was Runner Up for 'Offsite Construction Project of the Year' at the 2019 Australian Construction Awards.
