JMB Modular Buildings is a Regional Victorian -based volumetric modular manufacturer that has evolved from traditional building to become a leader in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). With over 15 years in the construction industry and builder registration across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Tasmania, JMB specialises in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and rapid building solutions. Unlike other modular manufacturers, JMB is a registered builder capable of seeing projects through from concept to completion. The company operates a moving production line consisting of 8 work stations, applying lean manufacturing techniques. Our modules leave the factory fully move-in ready, after just 40 days of construction, requiring minimal time on site. All projects are Designed for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) to brief, budget, and site constraints, independently certified by structural engineers. JMB were awarded the 2025 HIA Victorian "Modular and Prefabricated house Award" honoured to be recognised the best in the state. JMB were also a Runner Up for 'Offsite Construction Project of the Year' at the 2019 Australian Construction Awards.
