With over 20 years of construction experience, our team brings together licensed building knowledge, in-house design, and practical modular systems to create homes that are well considered, functional, and built to last.

We manufacture our modular spaces from our factory in Croydon, NSW, allowing us to build in a controlled environment with greater consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

We offer a complete service from concept through to completion. Our design team can work with you to create a custom design, adapt one of our existing plans, or modularise your current architectural drawings.

All projects are designed in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards.

By building off-site and completing on-site, we’re able to reduce build time while maintaining the level of quality you would expect from a traditional build.
