MODE Homes designs and builds stunning modular homes and home additions. Founded in 2014 by architect Matthew Dynon, who designed and patented the 'fold-pack' modular system. Matthew brings over 25 years' experience, having designed award winning modular homes and multi-residential modular projects in Sydney and London before setting up MODE Homes. The small MODE homes team of builders and licenced trade specialists have been working closely together on bespoke projects for over 10 years.
Our design and build approach provides a seamless journey from conceptual design, through council applications to project realisation. Understanding of project budget informs the design from the start providing greater cost certainty.
