Rendine Constructions is a proud second-generation, family-owned and operated Geelong company founded in 1973 by Laurie Mills. Originally a carpentry subcontractor, Rendine has transformed into a multifaceted commercial and civil construction builder. In 2020, the company established Modularity by Rendine, a commercial modular building division operating from a purpose-built factory in Moolap, adjacent to its headquarters. The Modularity system enables design, fabrication, and fitout of modular sections under one roof. The company received $227,100 from Sustainability Victoria's Circular Economy Innovation Fund for a prototype project using redundant modular building components in collaboration with prefabAUS and the University of Melbourne.
