Offsite25 will take place at the RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast over two days Thursday 28 and Friday 29 August 2025.
On Thursday 28 August, the Smart Building Industry Awards Dinner will be celebrated. This ticket is included as part of your registration or can be purchased separately.

Workshop 4. Technical considerations in designing for prefabricated structures (Formal CPD)
This workshop will run twice on Thursday 28 August.
The first session will be 90 minutes (2 CPD hours) from 8.15am – 9.45am with the first four presentations only. It will be followed by a Study Tour for these workshop attendees. See more information here.
The second session will run from 2pm – 4:30pm (3 CPD hours) with presentations from all five presenters.
