Prebuilt delivers homes and buildings of enriching quality and enduring value through intelligent, ethical, sustainable, and reliable modular design and construction. Established in 2003 by Rob and Christiana Colquhoun, who built on their collective backgrounds in development, construction, and asset management at companies including Lendlease. One of Prebuilt's iconic early designs was the Freedom House – a two-storey home that folded like origami to fit on one truck. Since 2003, Prebuilt has pioneered the Australian modular building industry, constructing over 300 houses with budgets ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000. In 2005, the company expanded into commercial work (formerly Precom), delivering projects across government, education, transport, community, health, accommodation, retail, and property with budgets up to $30,000,000.
