With an automated production line installed in 2019, the company provides prefabricated, energy-efficient, modern timber panel-built form products designed for rapid assembly. Previously specialising in permanent concrete formwork construction, OFFSITE made a strategic shift four years ago to concentrate on the offsite manufacturing of panelised timber buildings, aligning more closely with industry trends and environmental objectives towards sustainable and low-carbon building solutions. Using advanced HOMAG Weinmann timber processing machinery and hsbcad software, OFFSITE manufactures affordable dwellings using PassivHaus principles that keep noise, fire and unconditioned air out. The company has successfully delivered projects for the WA Department of Communities.
