Launching the Offsite Construction Guide

OPV is excited that the Treasurer is launching the Offsite Construction Guide today at the CIB World Building Congress to help Victorian project teams make decisions regarding the use of Offsite Construction practices and deploy solutions that add value.

For those new to delivering projects using Offsite Construction, this non-compulsory guide helps Project Managers through the stages of the DTF Investment Lifecycle, setting a consistent approach to project delivery.

It includes a practical tool to help make better decisions during project initiation and contains case studies that highlight how OSC has delivered benefits for projects.

You can find the guide and tool on OPV’s website.

OPV are building on the Offsite Construction Guide through legal provisions, policy, and training. This will assist Victorian Government project teams in adopting Offsite Construction while catering for different levels of capability.

OPV and the Digital Build team would like to thank all who have been involved for the support to date.
