Exploring this year’s theme of ‘industry transformation’, this three-day event hosts a unique opportunity to be part of Australia’s rapidly changing building manufacturing industry.

With prefab industries already widely established across Japan, Europe, USA and UK, Australia’s prefab sector is at long last emerging from the alternate to being at the forefront of the mainstream market. This event provides knowledge and networking opportunities to facilitate that change.

The 2015 conference will include keynote speakers, project case studies, workshops and optional site visits to explore the best practice today and opportunities for innovation in the near future.

Victoria to be Australia’s centre of excellence for off-site construction technologies and businesses

The discussion paper ‘Victoria’s Future Industries – Construction Technologies’ released by the Victorian Government on 25 August features prefabrication and off-site construction: http://yoursay.business.vic.gov.au/futureindustries/construction-technologies
