Queensland MMC Industry Survey

The following structured questionnaire is the WP1 survey instrument. It will be distributed online to Queensland MMC businesses and is designed to validate and complete the database fields that feed the capacity, workforce, barriers and growth analyses. Estimated completion time: 12-15 minutes. All responses are treated as confidential and reported only in aggregate.
