Jason is the Founder of Spark Projects, a Melbourne based property development firm that is championing modular precast research and commercialisation. Having delivered numerous high-profile developments throughout Victoria, Jason believes that modular prefabrication is the key pathway to address the construction labour productivity issues plaguing the housing industry.
In partnership with the University of Melbourne, Jason has secured over $5.4M of government funding related to decarbonisation and productivity enhancing construction technologies.
