Joe Snell

Director, Studio Snell Architects and Lead Architect, Modnpods  

Joe Snell is a Registered Architect in New South Wales and Queensland, and is Director of Studio Snell Architects with offices in Gold Coast and Sydney.
Studio Snell Architects has extensive experience in architecture and interior design across Multi-Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Private Home projects.

Joe holds a B.Arch and a B.Sc(Arch) and was educated at the University of Sydney and the Royal Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen. He also holds a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management) and worked as an Estate Agent in London. 

Joe’s media career began in 2013 as a Judge on House Rules for the Seven Network, and he has continued this work in multiple shows, a book, and contributions to media articles and publications on architecture and design.

Joe is the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers Regional Chair for the Australian Institute of Architects.
