Kelly Green is a Principal Design Advisor with the Government Architect NSW. With over 25 years’ experience across Australia and the UK in practice, Kelly has led the design and delivery of major public and residential projects including affordable, private, student and seniors housing.
Kelly brings deep expertise in housing delivery, design quality and modern methods of construction (MMC), with experience spanning complex urban developments, prefabricated systems and large-scale institutional projects. She has worked with leading housing providers and public sector clients and has contributed to city-shaping projects, healthcare facilities and higher education campuses.
Kelly leads key initiatives such as the Low-Rise Housing Pattern Book and provides strategic design advice across government to support high-quality, sustainable and scalable housing outcomes. She is committed to collaborative design processes, fostering design excellence, and shaping policy and practice to improve the built environment.
