Leah Singer is the founder and director of Entwine Pty Ltd, a consultancy dedicated to driving and facilitating meaningful improvement within the construction industry in New Zealand and Australia.

A dynamic and solutions-focused professional, Leah has direct experience in delivering complex projects and designing strategic and operational improvements within the sector supply chain. Subject matter expertise includes (integrated) design management, procurement, and ESG. Leah has applied this knowledge to multiple offsite projects and is a past Chair of PrefabNZ (now OffsiteNZ).

Considered an industry thought leader, Leah is the author of two landmark reports: Creating Value Through Procurement, a 2018 report that informed the creation of the New Zealand Construction Accord, and Building In the Dark, a report on supply chain risk and opportunity that led to Leah’s inclusion in the Parliament of Australia’s 2021 public inquiry into procurement practices for government-funded infrastructure.
