REZICAST Systems is an Australian construction systems company that has developed and patented a residential precast concrete panel home building methodology.
Founded and led by Mick Johnson — a working builder with more than 20 years' construction experience — REZICAST was created as a practical response to Australia's housing delivery challenges, delivering faster build programs, improved structural performance, and better outcomes for builders and homeowners alike. The patented REZICAST system uses precast concrete panels manufactured in a controlled off-site environment that are craned and installed on site in a single day, enabling lock-up to be achieved in 10–14 days and total construction completed in approximately 10–14 weeks. More than 100 homes have been delivered in the ACT and NSW using the system over the past decade. REZICAST is listed on the NSW Government Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Procurement List (SCM5862) and the system exceeds all requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC) nationwide. REZICAST Systems is not a builder and does not own precast factories — rather, it licences the patented building system to accredited builders, who source precast panels from local manufacturers. Accreditation is available to licensed builders through a two-day training program delivered by the REZICAST Builder Network (RBN), with a part-time option also offered.
