SUPAFLOOR is an advanced Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) subfloor solution designed in Australia and distributed nationally by Builditeco.
Developed in response to recurring on-site building challenges, SUPAFLOOR delivers a high-performance floor panel system suited to elevated floors, mid-floors, wet areas, and modular and transportable construction. Independently tested for thermal and acoustic performance, SUPAFLOOR panels weigh 19 kg per m², feature non-combustible MgO skins, and are engineered to AS 1170.1. The product supports 7-star NatHERS energy ratings, reduces thermal bridging through steel joists, and includes a built-in wet area set-down for streamlined compliance. Developed through collaboration with architects, builders, and homeowners, SUPAFLOOR is termite-proof, non-corrosive, and accepts all flooring finishes. The system is particularly well suited to modular and offsite construction thanks to its lightweight design and repeatable factory-friendly installation.
