Building Elements is a specialist offsite bathroom manufacturer based in Brookvale, NSW, producing fully custom, high-end volumetric bathroom modules for builders and developers. The company was created by the team behind Brother Nature, the mass timber design-and-build practice, and applies the same precision-led, factory-first philosophy to wet area construction. Building Elements offers a minimum order quantity of one module, making the product accessible for individual residential projects as well as larger developments. Modules are built to a mass timber shell, with all plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and fixtures installed off-site to agreed termination points, and delivered ready for crane installation at framing stage. The process is designed to remove wet area risk from the critical path, enabling builders and developers to lock in bathroom specifications early, compress program timelines, and capture revenue sooner. All trades certify their works up to agreed termination points; site trades complete the service connection. Products include full bathrooms (Wash-01), powder rooms and half-baths (WC-01), steam rooms and saunas (Steam-01), and laundries (Prep-01). Each module is fully customisable in terms of dimensions, products, and finishes.
