ComfyPod is a Geelong-based modular building company designing, manufacturing, and installing custom pods and granny flats from their North Geelong factory. The original ComfyPod, the Stinton, grew into a full range of modular products spanning compact studio pods, self-contained granny flats, and multi-unit workers accommodation. All pods are built offsite in a controlled factory environment before being delivered and installed on site by ComfyPod's own trades team, with a typical build-to-installation timeline of 6–10 weeks. ComfyPod holds builder registration with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) and is an approved supplier under Tenders Victoria. The company has collaborated with government entities including Regional Development Victoria and local councils, delivering modular housing for key regional workers.
