Modscape uses innovative construction methods to deliver design-led projects more efficiently, to a higher quality, and with greater sustainable outcomes. Founded in 2006 by Jan Gyrn and Stefan Seketa, the company has delivered over 500 projects across residential, health and aged care, education, infrastructure, retail, hospitality, sports, and community sectors. In 2024, Modscape relocated to a state-of-the-art 20,000m² advanced robotic offsite manufacturing facility at Essendon Fields – one of the largest offsite manufacturing facilities for modular construction in Australia with approximately 40,000m² of total space. The facility features Australia's most advanced robotic manufacturing line developed with Swedish robotics company Randek, enabling production of up to 2,000 modules per year. Each Modscape project is bespoke, designed using Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) methodology. The company was the venue for the landmark CommBank modular housing finance announcement in February 2025.
