Modstruct Group was launched on July 1, 2024, formed by the strategic merger of four established companies: 2 Types Constructions Pty Ltd, EPB Modular Construction Pty Ltd, SKI Electrical, and Addison Electrical. The merger brings together the strengths of each firm into a single, integrated provider, expanding capabilities across various sectors within the construction, modular construction, and services industries. Based in Smeaton Grange, NSW, Modstruct Group integrates advanced modular construction techniques with traditional in-situ methods, offering unmatched flexibility and speed in project delivery. The company initially targets the education sector and extends its services to the commercial sector, particularly in the renewable energy space. In 2025, Modstruct Group expanded capabilities further with the acquisition of Custom Cut Kitchens.

Buildings are steel floor frames, steel wall and roof structures. Gyprock internal wall linings, external cladding either CFC or Colorbond. All building finishes are to the specs of each individual project; we don’t have set finishes.
