Parkwood Modular Buildings is a Central Coast NSW-based volumetric modular manufacturer that has been building factory-constructed homes since 1988. With over 3,000 homes constructed and 6 HIA and MBA industry awards, Parkwood is one of NSW's most experienced and awarded modular builders. The company designs, manufactures, and delivers prefabricated modular homes entirely within its purpose-built factory at Somersby, where display homes are available for inspection during business hours. Parkwood homes are built to withstand the stresses of transportation, structurally exceeding the standards typical of site-built construction. Modules are transported by low-loader and craned onto prepared foundations, with homes installed, secure, and ready for move-in within days of delivery. Finishing works, including plastering, painting, carpets, and curtains, are typically completed within two weeks of installation. The company is externally audited annually for compliance in WHS, environmental management, and quality assurance.
