Parkwood Modular Buildings is a proud Australian company established in 1988, building all homes in a high-tech, purpose-built complex at Somersby on the New South Wales Central Coast. Founded by John and Jacky McDougall, Parkwood has developed a range of 1-2 bedroom granny flats, Smart Pods, and 2-6 bedroom homes for the manufactured home, prefab and relocatable house market. The company has a strong foundation in commercial projects including schools, sports clubs, mobile offices, security buildings and more. Parkwood has received industry awards including HIA's first ever prize for manufactured homes. Homes are built complete in the factory with kitchens and bathrooms installed, then transported and installed on site within days.
