Tiltcorp was founded in 2005 by Managing Director Conon Beale, who began his career working on iconic infrastructure and commercial structures in New Zealand before moving to Australia to work with leading construction companies including Hutchinson Builders, FKP, Hindmarsh, and Mirvac Group. The company has evolved to include a dedicated modular and offsite prefabrication division (Tiltcorp Modular), which delivers buildings manufactured off-site in controlled plant conditions. Key personnel include Wayne (with significant experience from APB Britco Modular, Niche Modular, and MiiHome) and Trevor Milanovic (registered Architect in QLD, NSW, ACT with 20+ years' experience). Tiltcorp's strength lies in its flexibility to respond to unique project requirements across greenfield sites, brownfield sites, civil works, traditional construction, modular prefabrication, remediation, refurbishments, fitouts, and maintenance.
