Westbuilt Homes is a family-owned Queensland modular home builder founded in 1993 by Jim Westerman, who established the company after moving from Brisbane to Warwick. The business completed its first modular home in Stanthorpe in 1994 and began focusing exclusively on relocatable homes in 2003. Now led by Jim's sons David, Michael, and Richard, Westbuilt employs more than 70 staff across two locations in Warwick (factory and head office) and Loganholme (Brisbane display centre). The company builds approximately 80% of each home in their factory before delivery and on-site completion. Westbuilt offers a comprehensive range of modular home designs across Acreage, Urban, Seaside, and Farm collections, with typical build times of around 16 weeks.
