Wild Modular is a modular and prefabrication licensed builder and manufacturer based in Sydney, NSW. The company designs, prefabricates, and installs luxury accommodation pods, cabins, and modular homes, specialising in bespoke designs that push the boundaries on prefabrication to accentuate the major benefits of taking construction offsite. Founded by New Zealanders, Wild Modular leverages Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) principles to create innovative and sustainable living spaces. The company is primarily focused on luxury resorts, retreats, and large-scale commercial developments, and has successfully supplied over 100 modular pods to clients including government agencies. Wild Modular has been recognised on the AFR Fast Starters list and recently launched the Primepod – a standardised, affordable, prefabricated accommodation solution targeting key worker and agritourism sectors.
