Zen Haus Group is an approved Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) supplier to Homes NSW and Homes Tasmania. Established in 2019, the company delivers a panelised 2D prefabricated building system featuring fully lined and insulated external and internal wall panels with integrated conduits and service penetrations, together with suspended floor and roof panel solutions, supplied to projects Australia-wide.

The system is highly customisable and suitable for a broad range of residential applications, including social housing, key worker accommodation, affordable housing, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), luxury resort accommodation, retirement living, and bespoke residential homes. Drawing on European expertise in prefabricated panel construction established since 1952, Zen Haus Group combines proven building science with modern manufacturing capability.

Since inception, Zen Haus Group has supplied its system for various projects across NSW, and has commenced expanding its project footprint into Tasmania, Victoria and Queensland.

With an annual production capacity of up to 1,000 homes, Zen Haus Group is well positioned to support large-scale housing delivery across Australia, including the successful award of Tasmania’s ModHomes tender to deliver 400 social housing dwellings.
