prefabAUS member ModnPods has reached a significant milestone, unveiling its first two-storey modular accommodation at Ashmore Palms Holiday Village — one of the Gold Coast's most popular family resorts.

The project marks a new chapter for the Queensland manufacturer, demonstrating that modular construction can deliver architecturally refined, multi-storey outcomes in the tourism and accommodation sector.
