Charmaine George is the Design System Lead at Green Timber Technologies (GTT), where she implements technical software such as hsbDesign for Revit to ensure production files for the Weinmann production line are accurate and effective.
Charmaine is a seasoned BIM Coordinator and Senior Design Manager with over a decade of experience in architecture and construction. Her career began with Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects in London and Denmark, providing her with international experience and technical expertise that she has continued to draw on throughout her career.
Earlier roles include Architectural Draftsperson & Revit Implementation Specialist at various architectural firms and BIM / Planning Lead at Cotton On Group where she oversaw design and construction documentation systems and processes for six brands across 21 countries.
Charmaine has contributed to BIM education at Deakin University and VIA University in Denmark. With extensive experience in BIM technology across residential, commercial, retail, and offsite construction, Charmaine continues to lead and champion innovation in the industry.
