James McGregor

James McGregor is Founder of Blue Tribe Company, a multi-award-winning media and consulting business that combines behavioural science, storytelling, and data-driven strategies to inspire action where it matters most.

With over 20 years in sustainable innovation, including 13 at CSIRO, he's pioneered world-record solar tech, carbon capture innovations, developed circular solutions to tackle solar panel waste, and has even commercialised behavioural science research into Television production

James is also the Executive Producer of prefabAUS’s very own TV show which is being produced by Blue Tribe Media and is leading the production of a wide range of TV shows that tackle everything from food waste to energy efficiency.  His shows are available in 31 countries including on Channel 9, Hulu, Disney+ and the Discovery Channel.

A former Army Officer and Cambridge University alumni, he has authored 23 peer reviewed papers, is a TV producer, podcast host, and in his spare time a volunteer surf lifesaver.
