As Project Architect, Associate and now Managing Director of Das Studio, Dino has delivered a wide range of project typologies of varying scale, cost and complexity, namely in the Education, Health, Arts, Tourism and Cultural sectors, along with numerous award-winning Residential projects.

Das Studio have established nation-leading expertise in modular construction methodologies. This unrivalled knowledge has helped realise the SA Department for Education’s $50.8m Modular Program, prototype game-changing Health Infrastructure for remote Australia with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and Line Zero - Factory of the Future together with Flinders University and BAE Systems.

In 2015, Dino received the Jack Hobbs McConnell Travelling Fellowship in Architecture for his submission titled Modulation. As a result, Dino spent extensive periods in Victoria and travelled to Asia and Europe, researching and studying the world’s best practice in Advanced Construction methodologies.

In addition to his work in practice, Dino is a fierce advocate for several professional and social causes. He has served as a two-term chapter councillor of the Australian Institute of Architects and is co-founder and Creative Director of the Festival of Architecture and Design (FAD). He is a board member of disability-led arts organisation Tutti, lectures at both Adelaide Universities, and provides policy and advocacy input for professional bodies such as the AIA, Property Council of Australia and Design Institute of Australia. 

Recently, Dino has been recognised as an emerging professional and business leader in South Australia. He is the recipient of the Australian Institute of Architects, South Australian Emerging Architect Award, Indaily’s 40 under 40 in 2020 and Resilient Business Leader award winner, and recipient of the Property Council’s Future Leader award.
