Cuby Technologies is a full-stack construction technology company that develops and deploys proprietary hardware and software systems to automate and streamline the new home construction process. The company's core innovation is its Mobile Micro-Factory (MMF)™ — a scalable, relocatable factory-in-a-box that can be rapidly established on or near development sites to manufacture a complete kit-of-parts for residential construction. Components are shipped just-in-time to the construction site and assembled in approximately 30 days by a small team, significantly compressing build timescales and reducing reliance on skilled labour. Founded in 2021, Cuby operates with an R&D base in Eastern Europe and is actively expanding its MMF network into Australia and North America, with its Hunter and Newcastle MMF facilities targeted for operational commencement in July 2027.

    • Maitland, NSW (Hunter & Newcastle MMF — operational July 2027)

  •  Target of 30-day on-site assembly per home using a team of four unskilled labourers working two shifts. Full production capacity of the Hunter and Newcastle MMF to confirm with member once operational.

  • Hybrid, including kit-of-parts. The MMF manufactures a comprehensive kit-of-parts from raw material inputs through to completion-ready components — covering foundation to finishes — which are packed and shipped to the construction site for assembly by small local crews. The system is designed to subsume the roles of general contractor and multiple trades into a single integrated production process.
