The system relies on no load-bearing walls for structural integrity, resulting in a truly modular building system with no predetermined front, back, or side, enabling configuration to any site condition or brief. Spacecubes come fitted with integrated stormwater drainage, sub floors, featured ceilings, and low-voltage lighting.
