Lagoon Reserve Sports Pavilion

Lagoon Reserve's ageing sports pavilion in Port Melbourne was undersized and poorly accessible, no longer serving a growing and diverse community. The City of Port Phillip needed a permanent, adaptable replacement delivered with minimal disruption to one of the area's most-loved recreational spaces.
Prebuilt delivered the two-storey pavilion using 23 precision-built modules at 100 per cent volumetric prefabrication, manufactured offsite, including balconies and verandahs, to reduce onsite disruption and improve cost and program certainty. Detailed logistical planning allowed modules to be craned into position with minimal impact on surrounding trees and reserve users. The result is a flexible community asset featuring subdividable changerooms, a first-floor community room with commercial kitchen, and full accessibility via a passenger lift.

LCRP Croydon Station, by Prefab1
As part of Victoria's Big Build Level Crossing Removal Project, Prefab1 delivered high-quality modular station facilities for Croydon Station using a hybrid approach combining volumetric modular and panelised construction. Approximately 85 to 90 per cent of the facilities were manufactured offsite, enabling concurrent factory and site work that reduced onsite disruption and minimised impacts on rail operations and commuters.

Brandon Park Reserve Pavilion, by Modular by SHAPE
Modular by SHAPE delivered a new sporting pavilion at Brandon Park Reserve for Monash City Council using 100 per cent volumetric modular construction. Large 17-metre modules, including integrated deck elements, reduced onsite construction time within the busy public reserve. The pavilion provides four flexible, female-friendly changerooms and a large social space, while advancing Council's net zero commitments through solar panels and all-electric services.
