The third annual Smart Building Industry Awards were held at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park on 2 to 3 September 2026, in line with Offsite26.

Marking another significant milestone in the prefabricated building industry, this prestigious event brings together a diverse and dynamic group of attendees, including Offsite attendees, award nominees, industry leaders, team members and supporters to celebrate and recognise the outstanding achievements and excellence of the smart building sector.
