Conference Registration

All participants are required to register in advance online. Please read the following information before completing an online registration form.

Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax. 

Full payment of fees is required before registration can be confirmed. Payment is to be made online when registering via PayPal. EFT/Cheque/Cash is not accepted.

* Student fee is available for prefabAUS student members. A limited number of student registrations are available so we encourage you to book early. 

REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

Member, Non-Member and Student registrations include:

  • Attendance to all Conference sessions

  • Access to the exhibition

  • Daily morning/afternoon tea and lunches Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Name badge

  • Access to the Conference app

SITE VISIT PROGRAM

The Site Visit program will be held on Monday 9 September and registration will include transport and light refreshments and lunch on the day. 

The Site Visit program is only open to prefabAUS Members who are registered to attend the Conference. Cost is $170 per member.

A link will be included in your conference registration confirmation email to access the Site Visit registration form.

NETWORKING FUNCTION

Tickets for the Networking Function on Tuesday 10 September are available for purchase. Places are limited so we encourage you to book early. Tickets are only available to registered conference delegates (limit one per person).

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL

A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing a registration form. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the prefabAUS.

A link will be included in your conference registration confirmation email to access the Site Visit registration form.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to conference@prefabaus.org.au. Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted.

The following refunds on registration fees will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

  • On or before 31 July 2019 - 50% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST

  • On or after 1 August 2019 - No refund available

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

No refund will be made after 1 August however, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of prefabAUS.

Monday 9 September – Site Visit Program

8:30am – 3:00pm Only open to current prefabAUS members who have already registered for the conference. Limited places available.

Tuesday 10 September

8:30am – 9:00am Registration

9:00am – 5:00pm Conference Program Day 1

6:00pm – 8:00pm Networking Function

Wednesday 11 September

8:00am – 8:30am prefabAUS AGM (for members only)

9:00am – 4:00pm Conference Program Day 2

Conference Networking Function

Date: Tuesday 10 September 2019

Location: Australian National Maritime Museum

Dress code: Smart casual

Cost: $35 per person including GST. Attendance to this function is only available to Conference attendees (additional tickets are not available).

Enjoy an evening with colleagues and friends at the Networking Function. Being held on the waterfront at the Australian National Maritime Museum, there will be a live cooking station and live entertainment. This is an evening not to be missed!
