In Victoria's High Country, a family sought more than a weekender. They wanted a home that could evolve from a family retreat into a forever home, one sited to capture sweeping views of the surrounding Alpine region and the township below, without compromising on comfort.
Modscape + Modbotics delivered the home using volumetric modular construction, with 75 percent of the build completed offsite in a controlled factory environment. A darker hued metal cladding and Blackbutt timber respond to the surrounding High Country landscape, while stone cladding links the outdoor deck to the living space, echoing the character of nearby ski field homes.
